As the husband of Joanne (Heartland Real Estate agent and photographer) and friends to the rest of the Heartland family, I am affectionately known as “that guy”.   Need grass cut? “I’m that guy”.  Measure a room, stage a cabin, move something heavy, go get pizza for lunch, “I’m that guy”.  Take a client out on the boat to show them the lake or jump on an ATV to show clients the area trail system, “I’m that guy”.
